Hailing from Pennsylvania, Breaking Benjamin is a rock band formed in the late 1990s. The band was formed by Benjamin Burnley (lead singer, guitar) and Jeremy Hummel (drummer). Breaking Benjamin’s lineup has changed over the years. It’s currently composed of Benjamin Burnley, Aaron Bruch (bassist, backup vocalist), Keith Wallen (guitarist, backup vocalist, Jasen Rauch (guitarist), and Shaun Foist (drummer). A few of my favorite songs include The Diary of Jane, I Will Not Bow, and Breath.

Book of the Week
James Clear has a fantastic newsletter. He also wrote an incredible book, Atomic Habits. One of the goals of the book is to provide a framework to improve every day through habit formation. Clear also shares in the book how to break bad habits. Mastering tiny behaviors will lead to remarkable results. The book argues that it’s your system, not you, that is the problem. Bad habits are a function of a bad system. You rise or fall to the level of your systems. Clear fills the book with countless stories, making habit formation way more approachable. Small habits help you to master your craft. Atomic Habits makes it clear how to make new time for habits, how to overcome a lack of willpower, why designing your environment leads to success, and most importantly, how to get back on track when you fail. Other self-help books to check out include Four Thousand Weeks | Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less | Clear Thinking: Turning Ordinary Moments into Extraordinary Results | Slow Productivity: The Lost Art of Accomplishment Without Burnout | and Leadership Strategy and Tactics: Field Manual.
