Start your morning off at Pasticcerie Berardi. A macchiatone and a brioche are a must at this place. Follow that up with an afternoon Aperol spritz at Weiss Cafe. For dinner, book an Italian cooking lesson with Chef Teresa (EM: teresacolors.chef@gmail.com; IG: @teresacolors.chef).

Our close friends use to live in Sacile and offered additional suggestions. For drinks, try Farmacia Del 33 or Antica Sacile. The latter is a bar on the main city square where they recommended ordering Campari cocktails as you people-watch before dinner.

For dinner, our friends recommend Le Contrade and a 5-course meal with wine pairing on the balcony at Osteria al Duomo. The latter is where you go for a primi pasta followed by a traditional carbonara. End your evening with gelato at Il Gelato.

During our next visit, we plan to grab dinner at Ristorante Porca l’Oca and Osteria Borgo Ronche. Just outside the city, Osteria La Ferrata, Ristorante La Primula, Ristorante Gellius, and Ristorante Gambrinus are places we also plan to check out.

Trattoria alla Cima Valdobbiadene Italy

Sacile, compared to Rome, Florence, and Venice, doesn’t have any “must-see” spots. Our friends recommended arriving on a Thursday morning to see what it’s like to live in Sacile. Every Thursday, the city has a local market that offers homemade croissants, fresh produce, antiques, and plants for local’s gardens.

After walking around, grab lunch outside the city at Trattoria alla Cima. Followed that up with prosecco in Valdobbiadene. Our friends brought us to Azienda Agricola. As you’ll see in the vlog, the family who runs Azienda Agricola is incredible!
