Credit Cards to Use at these Best Barcelona Hotels
The AmEx Green Card, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Citi Premier are the cards I recommend using at hotels. You earn 3x points on dining and travel with the AmEx Green card and Chase Sapphire Reserve. The Citi Premier earns 3x points at restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and airfare and hotels.
Two hotel cards I recommend using are their respective hotel properties are the World of Hyatt credit card and Hilton Aspire card. You earn 4x points at Hyatt with the World of Hyatt credit card. The Hilton Aspire card earns 14x points at Hilton.

Hotel SOFIA Barcelona is located in the Les Corts neighborhood. This Hyatt hotel provides guests with complimentary breakfast, an upscale restaurant, a cafe, a seasonal beer garden, a terrace with a bar, an indoor pool, a fitness room, and a spa. You can book this hotel with 20,000 points or an average of $835 per night. The resulting value is more than 4 cents per point.
Hilton
Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona
Inside the Diagonal Mar, hotel guests are welcomed to a regional restaurant, a bar, and a beach club, a gym, and a seasonal outdoor pool. With 43,000-60,000 points per night, you can book an award stay. Cash rates average $241 during peak travel dates netting you a little more than 0.5 cents per point in value. Hilton Barcelona and Alexandra Barcelona Hotel are also points hotels you can book.

The Dreta de l’Eixample neighborhood is home to the Cotton House Hotel. As a hotel guest, you have access to a Mediterranean restaurant with a bar and a terrace, a rooftop pool, and an exercise room. This hotel can be booked with 50,000-70,000 points or an average of $403 per night during peak travel dates. As a result, the cents per point value is 0.81. Another Marriott hotel to consider booking is Le Meridien Barcelona.
