Amazon Books I Purchased
After finishing Killing Crazy Horse: The Merciless Indian Wars in America, I picked up The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Achieving More with Less. This is a book recommendation I received from The Best Self-Help Books to Read During Downtime. Tim Ferriss also raves about this book so I’m excited to jump in! For book recommendations, you can find all of the books I’ve reviewed here.

Shows and Movies I Discovered
We did not dive into any movies, however, we continued to watch Somebody Feed Phil. Most recently, we watched and enjoyed the Saigon episode. Saigon, or Ho Chi Minh City, is one of my favorite cities in the world. Here’s my Top 5 Best Ho Chi Minh City Hotels to Book With Points guide to use if you ever visit.
Music and Podcasts I Listened To
Chakra Vibes, Vol. 1 (Floating Spiritual Sounds) and Getula were both on repeat this week. These recommendations came from Tim Ferriss’ 5 Bullet Friday newsletter. On the podcast front, after finishing Joe Rogan’s #1365 – Cameron Hanes episode I listened to #1445 – Andy Stumpf. Andy’s episode was interesting and one I recommend. From the episode description, “Andy Stumpf is a retired Navy SEAL and was also a two-time wingsuit world record holder. He hosts his own podcast called “Cleared Hot” available on Spotify.”
Wine I Enjoyed
The Meiomi Pinot Noir 2018 is one of my favorite wines. In fact, this is my third time trying the wine in the last couple of months. It’s a Californian Pinot Noir that’s smooth and dry. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle.
