On the book front, I’m finishing up The Pentagon’s Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, America’s Top-Secret Military Research Agency. This book provides an inside look into the interworkings of the military research! I picked up Range: Why Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World and am excited to jump into this book next.

Amazon Books I’ve Purchased
I purchased Range: Why Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World this week. From the description, David Epstein examined the world’s most successful athletes, artists, musicians, inventors, forecasters, and scientists. He discovered that in most fields—especially those that are complex and unpredictable—generalists, not specialists, are primed to excel. Generalists often find their path late, and they juggle many interests rather than focusing on one. They’re also more creative, more agile, and able to make connections their more specialized peers can’t see.

New Wine I Enjoyed
I purchased Meiomi Pinot Noir 2018 from Kroger and can’t get enough of it. It has 4.1 stars and 3,300+ ratings on Vivino. A smooth and dry wine is what to expect with this bad boy.
