Trip Delay Insurance has saved me in the past. Cardmembers who use their card to book a round-trip Delta flight receive delay insurance. This insurance reimburses up to $300 in travel expenses incurred if your trip is delayed more than 12 hours. Expenses must be paid for with your card to be reimbursed. You can claim a reimbursement for up to two claims per 12-month consecutive period.
No Foreign Transaction Fees can cut down on unnecessary fees when traveling internationally. This card comes with no foreign transaction fees. While not my favorite card to bring internationally because of the cards’ earning rates, you can save money by paying foreign transaction fees while abroad.
