If you’re like me, the itch to travel is real. Not necessarily to travel internationally but domestically. With that said, I recently booked a Delta Air Lines flight and wanted to highlight the Delta Air Lines Cancellation Policy during the coronavirus.

I shared what American Airlines has done with its cancellation policy as I booked an American Airlines flight for the same trip mentioned above. It’s interesting to see how airlines are treating existing and future travel.

Best Travel Insurance Credit Card

When booking flights during the coronavirus, it’s important to note the best travel insurance credit card options. Cards that I recommend include the Chase Sapphire Reserve and American Express Platinum. There are other cards but I consider these two to provide the most extensive coverage.

Sapphire Reserve cardmembers receive trip cancellation, trip interruption insurance, baggage delay insurance, trip delay reimbursement, and coronavirus/COVID-19 specific benefits. American Express Platinum receive trip cancellation, interruption insurance, trip delay insurance, baggage insurance, and coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) specific benefits.
